  Mike came recommended to us many years ago and I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Mike and his staff. He always answers the phone right away or gets back to us very promptly. My husband had a major accident and he was very helpful and calming getting us through this process. Mike and Farmer's handled the claim very quickly and professionally doing all that they could do and being there for us with any questions we had. We have relocated to another state and it was very challenging the thoughts of trying to find an agent that would even come close to our expectations after dealing with Mike after so many years. He was always there no matter what our questions or needs were. He has also gone very far to help us find and new agent in our new location in another state. I also was moving on to receiving Medicare and choosing a supplemental plan since our move....very overwhelming for me but.....Mike came to the rescue once again and did all of the homework for me and came through finding me the information that I needed and helped me through the whole process of getting a supplemental plan that has worked out great!! I would highly recommend Mike for any of your insurance needs. You will never regret. He is so helpful, honest and compassionate.By the way...I did try to get him to move our direction with no success...What a great insurance agent!!!
