  After trying to sell our home for a few years unsuccessfully and our current agent dropped us over text message, not even a phone call, with no explanation, we called Barvian Realty. Tammy was more than happy to help. She came over with a note pad and took notes about our home, how things were constructed and how they work. She is very knowledgeable about the current market. She came over to check on the home while we were away, came back anytime to shut lights of after other left them on, held many open house. The staff at Barvian Realty is very courteous and helpful. Our Nest thermostat needed new batteries and they came over, charged it and called tech support to get it reset. We got weekly updates, as promised, called us personally with feedback. Needles to say The Barvian Team went above and beyond to sell our home. And they did so in just 4 months, If anyone is looking for an awesome company to sell their home, look mo more. I would use them again.
